SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on DABO. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: [1–3 business days]

  • European Union: [3–7 business days]

  • International: [5–10 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and external factors.

Shipping Carriers
We use reliable courier services such as DHL, UPS, GLS, Poste Italiane.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Delivery Issues
FDB Sportwear is not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused or not collected and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
